Serving East Anglia (Suffolk, Norfolk, Essex, Cambridge) and London
Dr. Poz provides Expert Witness assessments; including for Personal Injury, and Mental Capacity and is instructed by the Official Solicitor. She has been involved in producing medico-legal reports since 1999. She has undertaken training in Courtroom Witness skills with Bond Solon and has given evidence to the Magistrates Court, the Crown Court, the High Court and the Court of Protection. She is a full member of the Division of Neuropsychology (DON) and is on the Specialist Register of Clinical Neuropsychologists.
Reports are to Court standards and always provided within the agreed timescale, and within the agreed fee estimate.
Deferment of fees is available by prior agreement.
Cases funded at Legal Aid Agency rates are accepted.
